About

Linda Paganelli is an artist, anthropologist, and film director. With an MA in Visual Anthropology, she utilizes a decolonial, queer*feminist approach and sensory visual practices for immersive experiences and self-reflexive explorations of reality. Over thirteen years she has collaborated with universities, educational institutions, museums and galleries, exploring themes of migration, belonging, mass violence, memory culture, and more than human, integrating her work in conflict zones such as Afghanistan, Israel/Palestine, the Western Balkans, and Europe. Through her ethnographic filmmaking, she shares academic research with a wider audience, extending beyond traditional academic circles.
